W-Well being
Wellness
is the optimal state of health of individuals and groups. There are
two focal concerns: the realization of the fullest potential of an
individual physically, psychologically, socially, spiritually and
economically, and the fulfilment of one’s role expectations in the
family, community, place of worship, workplace and other settings
(Smith, Tang, & Nutbeam, 2006). - See more at:

Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which every
individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal
stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to
make a contribution to her or his community.The positive dimension of mental health is stressed in WHO's
definition of health as contained in its constitution: "Health is a
state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely
the absence of disease or infirmity." (WHO)
Broadly, well-being has been defined from two perspectives. The clinical perspective defines well-being as the absence of negative conditions and the psychological perspective defines well-being as the prevalence of positive attributes. Positive psychological definitions of wellbeing generally include some of six general characteristics. The six characteristics of well-being most prevalent in definitions of well-being are:
the active pursuit of well-being;
a balance of attributes;
positive affect or life satisfaction;
prosocial behaviour;
multiple dimensions; and
personal optimisation.
Of course, good mental wellbeing does not mean that you never experience feelings or situations that you find difficult. But it does mean that you feel you have the resilience to cope when times are tougher than usual."

V- Voice of children needs to be heard...
In most countries the term ‘child’ is defined as a person under the age of 18 years, with the exception of those countries where young people are regarded as adults in legislation from an early age. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) aims to define and promote the political, cultural, health and social rights of children by embracing these rights within a monitored treaty.As a guiding principle of the convention, Article 12 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child states that children have a right to participate in the decision-making processes that are relevant to them, their lives, their family, and that influence decisions taken in their school and community. Theoretically simple, it is a principle that presents us with one of the greatest challenges, that is, the challenge of providing opportunities through which the child’s voice can be heard, allowing, in turn, full and meaningful participation.
Children are important. They bring their own value and influence to the world, as well as being shaped by the world around them …Children are also important for their future
contribution to society, as the next generation of leaders, workers, parents, consumers
and members of communities … in a global society
All children have the best start in life to create a better future for themselves and for the nation
Every child has a right to childhood
